The FF Plus wants to encourage Ekurhuleni Metro residents to inspect the new property valuation roll as soon as possible to ensure that the new municipal valuation of their property is fair and just.
Ekurhuleni is busy reviewing its valuation roll for the period 2025/29.
Property owners can access the valuation roll from 19 February to 25 June by following this link: https://publicportal.evaluations.co.za/emm/Secure/search.aspx
Any objections have to be lodged before or on 25 June. Forms for lodging objections can also be found at the abovementioned link.
