The FF Plus welcomes the suspension of the Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane.
Mkhwebane was involved in various court cases in recent years where it was found that she is not competent to fill the office of Public Protector.
It must be kept in mind that she was appointed in the office to oversee the spending of tax money and to protect it against, among other things, misappropriation and theft.
The FF Plus also welcomes the fact that the process to strip her of this important office can proceed in Parliament.
The party will insist that she must be removed from office during the parliamentary process.
