






The Executive Management consists of the Leader, the Chairperson of the Federal Council and five additional members elected by the Federal Management Committee from its own ranks. When the Federal Management is not in session, the Executive Management exercises its powers.
A Provincial Leader is elected by the Provincial Party Council which is the highest decision making body in each of the respective provinces. The Provincial Leader acts as the chairperson of the Party Council and the Executive Management of the province.





























The Federal Management Committee consists of the Leader, the Chairperson of the Federal Council acting as the Chairperson of the Management Committee, the nine Provincial Leaders, the Chairpersons of the permanent Committees of the Federal Council, the Chief Whip of the Parliamentary Caucus, and the National Youth Leader. When the Federal Council is not in session, the Federal Management exercises its powers.
The VF Plus Youth is a structure within the broader structure of the party and is committed to promoting political awareness amongst South Africans aged between 16 and 35. The VF Plus Youth is active in fighting the various challenges facing youth in the country. There is a youth structure in each province with its own Provincial Youth Party Council and Executive Management. The highest decision making body of the Youth is the is the Federal Youth Council with the National Youth Leader as its chair. The Council elects a Federal Youth Management Committee.
