TERMS & CONDITIONS

Are the items in your wardrobe washed, ironed, worn dull and your skin chaff? Is your wardrobe craving new items? Good news! VF Plus has clothes that will make even your grandmother’s sewing machine jealous and your hangers groan. The best of all? It’s as easy as 1… 2… 3… to order your VF Plus package and you don’t even have to leave your bed – you’re too beautiful to look for a parking space anyway.

STEP 1:

Decide on your favourite item in the FF Plus collection.

STEP 2:

Now it’s time to select your size or the color of your choice (if applicable).

STEP 3:

Add this item(s) to the FF Plus basket.

(If your wardrobe at home craves more items, repeat steps 1 through 3.)

STEP 4:

Once you’re happy with the contents of your cart, it’s time to wave to the cashier! Fill in the necessary information so that your VF Plus package can reach you as soon as possible and hang in your closet.

*We suggest you save your information, because you will definitely want to do a lot of shopping at VF Plus.

STEP 5:

Payfast (an external party with their own procedures) offers the best and safest way of payment, follow the necessary steps and instructions to complete your payment.

STEP 6:

After completing the necessary information, click on “Proceed to Payment”

STEP 7:

Once your payment is successful, the cashier will communicate this to you.

Your FF Plus package is now ready to be shown off!

All VF Plus items are specially packaged and sent with the FastWay postman. FF Plus parcels take approximately seven to ten working days to be delivered to you. (Please note that most of our items are handmade, so it may sometimes take a little longer. If this is the case, you will receive an email or call from the Cashier.)

You will receive a reference number by e-mail so that you can easily track your VF Plus package. Read this number on the relevant courier’s website and track your parcel’s progress.

If you don’t live in a big(er) city, the postman may take a little longer to reach you.

Should you not be satisfied with your VF Plus item, feel free to send us an email to klere@vfplus.org.za. When we have received your email we will arrange for the postman to visit you again to pick up the item that does not fit… Once we have received the item, and it is not damaged or worn, we will give you a #klerekaskoepon send for the value of your item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself if you want to return your products, without them being faulty or damaged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item yourself.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return an order for a refund, the initial free courier services expire and are deducted from the refund.

Remember, there is only a limited quantity of each item available on VF Plus, so jump – happy shopping!

OUR POLICY
Our policy allows for 30 days to return products. If 30 days have passed since your purchases, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Various types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that include intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift vouchers
Downloadable Software Products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchases directly to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (where applicable) for:
clothing that shows obvious signs of use;
any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has parts missing, which is not our fault; and/or
any item returned after 30 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your returned item has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically made to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Courier costs are immediately paid to a third party company during shipment. Courier costs are therefore deducted from the refund.

Late or missing repayments (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund officially appears on your statement.

After that, get in touch with your bank, as it may take time to process the refund and appear in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

You can only receive refunds for items purchased at regular prices and unfortunately not for items purchased on sale. Products purchased at a marked down price or bargain cannot be exchanged for another size, product or credit.

*Some of the products made available online at a marked price may be “sample” items, or items worn by a model in a photo shoot.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items that are faulty or damaged. If the product is damaged or faulty, VF Plus will be responsible for the shipping costs when you have to return the product to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for its value. When the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be posted to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to his own address in order to give it to you himself later, we will refund the gift giver and he will therefore know that you have the item sent back.

Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself if you want to return your products, without them being faulty or damaged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item yourself. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on where you live.

If you are sending an item that costs more than R100,00, you should consider using a shipping service that enables you to track the package or you should insure it. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Purchases by third parties

Any FF Plus products obtained from agents or wholesalers will not be covered by FF Plus’ terms and conditions. This includes but is not limited to any defects, damages or sizes.

No responsibility is assumed for any third party sales. FF Plus will not accept any responsibility for items sold outside of the FF Plus online platform.
