The FF Plus notes with deep sadness the passing of Rossouw Botes, DA councillor in the Mangaung Metro Council.
Rossouw was a man of integrity, and his love for Bloemfontein and its residents was evident in everything he did. He was a true public servant.
Some FF Plus councillors served with him in the Mangaung Metro Council since 2006 and although they represented different parties, he was a true friend to the FF Plus.
His passing leaves a great void, not only in his family, but also in the lives of every Bloemfontein resident who knew him as Mister Water.
The FF Plus herewith expresses its deepest condolences to his wife, Eljo, their two daughters, family and friends, and his colleagues within the DA.
Rossouw will be remembered by the FF Plus as a friendly, kind-hearted man eager to serve.
