Tania Janse van Rensburg is a long-standing resident of Robertson, where she has lived for 46 years. She worked at SARS for 17 years and spent eight years as the financial officer at Robertson High School. She is currently a businesswoman in the catering industry. Tania wants to use her financial knowledge and experience to serve the community, with a focus on responsible governance, transparency, effective communication and a clean, well-managed Langeberg.
“I want to use my knowledge and experience to serve the residents of Ward 1 in the Langeberg. I stand for sound financial management, accountability and transparent communication. I want to be a link between the community and the municipality and ensure that residents’ needs are heard. I believe competent people should be appointed on merit and that taxpayers’ interests must be prioritised. I want to help build a clean, well-managed community that we can once again be proud of.”
