Marna van Niekerk has been a resident of the Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality for the past 24 years and has witnessed the deterioration of her town first-hand over the years.
Marna has served as Deputy Chairperson of the Freedom Front Plus Phalaborwa Branch for the past five years. She is responsible for the administrative work relating to meetings and other branch matters.
She has been supporting her community and fellow residents for many years, together with her husband, Giel, who is a local councillor.
