Lizan Mulder is a community‑driven leader from Somerset East with strong experience in customer service, people management and problem solving. She holds a Junior Bookkeeping Certificate and has worked for more than ten years in sales before becoming a branch manager at Kelston Fast Lane. Lizan has served on multiple community committees, including Voortrekkers, Helpende Hand and ATKV. She is committed to improving service delivery, strengthening community structures and ensuring that residents receive fair, transparent and reliable municipal support.
I believe every resident deserves good service, honest communication and leadership that listens. I am standing as a candidate because I want to make a real difference in Somerset East. My goal is to put people first, solve problems practically and ensure that our community receives the service delivery it pays for. I am ready to work with integrity, commitment and care.
