Heinz has served for the past five years as a VF Plus councillor in Mkhondo.
He has been a dedicated party member since 2003 and holds an NQF Level 6 certificate in Municipal Financial Management.
His particular strength lies in addressing municipal issues at a macro level – financial management, policy, public participation and identifying the systemic causes of service delivery problems.
He is multilingual, technologically proficient and actively involved in his community.
He focuses on accountable governance, stronger public participation and sustainable solutions that go beyond individual complaints.
