“Lekwa-Teemane’s recovery must begin with service and accountability. Residents pay for correct accounts, reliable water and electricity, passable roads and an administration that keeps its promises. I want every department to receive clear targets and report to the public quarterly. Service providers must be paid on time and managers must be held accountable . After years of service in churches, agriculture, safety and welfare, I know communities function when people accept responsibility. I will continue pressing for honest administration and visible, practical results in every community.”
