The justice system failed the eight complainants in the matter.
After the arrest of 150 suspects, 14 later appeared in court but their DNA test results could not link them to the crime.
All charges of rape, sexual assault and robbery with aggravating circumstances against them were dropped.
There was a lot of pressure on the police to solve the crime and the FF Plus expected that senior, expert detectives would investigate the incident.
That is apparently not what happened.
