The FF Plus's Gauteng Youth leader, Morné Erasmus, was sworn in as councillor in the Tshwane Metro council on the 1st of February 2021.
Erasmus, who was born and bred in Pretoria, has been an active member of the FF Plus for many years and is looking forward to making a positive contribution and improving service delivery in the Metro. He also wants to inspire young people to become actively involved in their communities, specifically with regard to service delivery issues and the business sector.
The great number of young people who have recently joined the FF Plus is a sure sign that the youth have accepted the party as a partner for the future.
The FF Plus welcomes the enthusiasm with which Morné approaches his task. The youth have a significant role to play in striving for a better future in South Africa.
