The FF Plus herewith wishes all matric learners good luck for the final exams that are due to start this week.
Under normal circumstances, this is usually a challenging time for matric learners, but the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown have complicated things tremendously.
The FF Plus, therefore, also wants to congratulate learners for coming this far, for demonstrating sheer determination to reach the final stretch of the race and successfully completing their scholastic career.
The party wants to encourage students not to view the future in a negative light even though one is bombarded by so much bad news and faces so many challenges in South Africa.
Young people must remain hopeful and keep believing in a better future, one that can be attained through hard work and diligence.
In our history there were many times when it seemed that all hope was lost, but our predecessors remained determined and built this country up out of nothing to one of the most modern and advanced countries on African soil.
We can do it again. We can build a better society for all, by standing up, standing together and standing strong against all onslaughts.
In these challenging times, remember that true strength does not lie in yourself. Remain steadfast in your faith and let it guide you on the road of the future.
