The FF Plus’ premier candidate for Gauteng, Adv. Anton Alberts, today again called on the voters of that province to ensure that the ANC is defeated at the ballot box on Wednesday the 7th May.
Adv. Alberts says the ANC has after 20 years failed South Africa and Gauteng and that it can be clearly seen in the unsafe and precarious circumstances in which people live in this province and elsewhere in the country.
“There is huge pressure in particular on the poor and middleclass due to a shortage of sustainable and sufficient economic growth. In addition the e-tolls were the last straw for the already heavily burdened taxpayers of Gauteng.
“If voters sufficiently punish the ANC, a coalition of political parties can govern in Gauteng and the FF Plus will ask for the portfolios of economic development and safety to ensure that economic growth takes place in the province and that people will subsequently live safely without having to fear for their lives and possessions.
“By stopping the wasting of state funds, the e-tolls could be scrapped and taxes can be lowered to give a better life to everyone in the province,” Adv. Alberts says.
