The FF Plus is calling on all Pretoria residents to thoroughly scrutinise the Metro's proposed valuation roll and make sure that the value assigned to their property is reasonable. If not, they must not hesitate to make an objection.
The proposed valuation roll will be valid from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2024 if it is adopted.
Residents' inputs are of cardinal importance seeing as their assessment rates are calculated based on their property's value recorded on the valuation roll. The compilation of the new valuation roll will be headed by the administrators of the Tshwane Metro.
The opportunity to raise objections ends on 26 June 2020 at 12:00.
