Adv Lennit Max is FF Plus’s mayoral candidate for Cape Town Metro

The FF Plus's mayoral candidate for the Cape Town Metro in the upcoming local government elections is Adv Lennit Max. And the deputy mayoral candidate is Councillor Erika Botha-Rossouw. Together they make a strong team flying the FF Plus's banner in the Cape Town Metro during the 2021 local government elections and into the future.

Adv Max is a well-known public figure who has made a valuable contribution to public service delivery in the City of Cape Town as well as the province of the Western Cape.

He is a seasoned politician and has, among other things, obtained the following qualifications: B.Proc, LLB and LLM. He served as the provincial Police Commissioner for the province between 1999 and 2003. He, furthermore, also served as the Provincial Minister of Community Safety in the Western Cape as well as a Member of Parliament.

Mrs Botha-Rossouw is a seasoned politician as well and former deputy leader of the FF Plus in the Western Cape. She has played an active role in the party since 2009 and currently represents the FF Plus as Councillor in the Cape Town Metro Council.

She is an expert in the field of social service and the wellbeing of humans and animals in need is very close to her heart.

The other individuals among the top ten candidates on the FF Plus's list are:

Mr Grant Marais
Mr Paul Jacobson
Mr Pieter Jansen van Vuuren
Ms Sandra Adams
Mr Jeff van Wyk
Mr Stephan Louw
Mr Piet Siegelaar
Mr Errol Solomons

The FF Plus is convinced that its candidates offer a good mix of knowledge and experience and that they are suited and ready for the task of serving the city and its people.

In the FF Plus's view, it is important that the people who occupy leadership positions are familiar with the problems on local government level so that they can ensure that service delivery is provided effectively and that the people who pay for those services get value for their money.

One of the biggest crises currently experienced by the country is poor and inadequate service delivery due to the culture of fraud, corruption and incompetence that took root and began to flourish under ANC rule.

The ANC must be kept out of government in the Western Cape at all costs and in order to achieve that, the minorities of the city and province must join hands.

In its pursuit of various forms of self-determination in South Africa, the FF Plus will continue to lead from the front in the endeavour to obtain independence for the Cape. It is an endeavour by the people of the Western Cape to cast off the yoke of ANC incompetence and gain more control over their own affairs – the FF Plus fully supports and agrees with this objective.

The FF Plus in the Western Cape is ready for and looking forward to the local government elections on 1 November 2021.
