The FF Plus regrettably notes the murder of a well-known businessman from Ellisras (Lephalale), Mr Johan Kruger, this past Saturday.
The murder of Mr Kruger sent shock waves through the community.
According to reports, Mr Kruger, owner of Speedy Dry Cleaners in Ellisras, was shot in cold blood in his shop.
Over the weekend, the FF Plus engaged with former police colonel Gawie Louwrens (Sakkie) from Bosveld Crime Investigations regarding the incident.
The FF Plus also contacted the murder case’s investigating officer yesterday (Sunday) and will meet with the officer again today to find out how the investigation is progressing.
The FF Plus is once again calling on communities to intensify their security mechanisms and to join existing security networks.
The FF Plus expresses its deepest condolences to the Kruger family.
