The fabric used to manufacture this product is 100% polyester which is a stretchable material.  We recommend that you measure yourself and decide if you are comfortable with an item that tightens around your body.  If so, you can order your normal size otherwise it would be wise to order one or two sizes bigger than usual so that the item can fit loosely on your body.  Measurements provided are in centimeters and might differ between 2-4cm from actual product since this product is handmade.
This product is made in South Africa from imported fabric.
