Yolande Koekemoer is a committed community leader and Business Unit Leader with proven experience in leadership, organisation and people management. A Chroompark resident for 12 years, she has a strong understanding of local community challenges in Mogalakwena. For the past three years, she has served as a VF Plus activist, engaging with Ward 31 residents and providing practical support. As Chairperson of the Chroompark Water Project Steering Committee, she works with residents and stakeholders on water challenges. Her priorities include reliable basic services, accessible healthcare, accountability, and community well-being.
