Thys Rossouw has lived in Potchefstroom for 13 years and currently serves as a councillor in the JB Marks Local Municipality, where he provides oversight on MPAC. He is a professional accountant and brings valuable financial expertise, business experience and accountability mindset to the council. Thys has been involved with the VF Plus since 2009 and serves in several party structures. As a member, former chairperson and current treasurer of Round Table Potchefstroom 47, he supports projects that help disadvantaged residents and promote community cooperation in the local community today.

JB Marks’s recovery plan must be supported by realistic budgets, thorough financial control and regular public reporting.
