PW has been living in Evander for 36 years and has 26 years of experience in local government administration, where he advanced to assistant director of corporate services.
He has also served as a member of the ward committee for nearly ten years, which gives him valuable insight into the needs of residents.
His experience, institutional knowledge, and community involvement enable him to approach public affairs practically, responsibly, and with a thorough understanding of local governance.
