Paul is an experienced mining professional from Rooiberg, Limpopo, with extensive practical and supervisory expertise.
After completing his national service in 1981, he began his career as a qualified fitter at Kloof Mine and later worked as a miner at East and West Driefontein.
At Anglo American, he was promoted to Shift Boss and ultimately Senior Shift Boss.
Following early retirement, he remains physically and mentally active at 61, ready to take on new challenges.
Paul is a dependable leader who combines decades of mining experience with proven leadership skills.
