Nadia Venter completed training in payroll administration and SARS returns at CBS College. As a former farm manager, she gained valuable experience in management, responsibility and administration. She currently teaches online classes, where her passion for education and ability to work with people are evident every day. Nadia is a dedicated spouse and mother who cherishes family values. She wants to make residents’ voices heard, promote practical solutions to community problems and help improve people’s living conditions in Ramotshere Moiloa through accessible, people-centred and sustainable service.
“I believe every resident’s voice must be heard and every complaint must have a reference number, responsible person and response time. My experience in administration, and online teaching taught me to work carefully, listen patiently and communicate solutions clearly. Ramotshere Moiloa needs an accounts and complaints centre that helps people with meter readings, tariffs and service problems. Residents must receive regular feedback until matters are resolved. I want to be an accessible representative who follows up community issues and helps restore dignity, trust and better living conditions for local families.”
