Mmabatho Mazibuku is a community leader with a heart for children, jobseekers and vulnerable families. In 2022, she registered a non-profit organisation that helps more than fifty orphaned and vulnerable children with care, support and opportunities. She also serves as chairperson of an unemployment forum, where she represents jobseekers and tries to connect people with economic opportunities. As a member of Kgatelopele ya Bapo, she participates in community development. Mmabatho’s leadership is compassionate and service-oriented. She believes support does not create dependency, but strengthens people’s dignity, ability and self-reliance.
