Lesego Sarah Phashe is a dedicated mother, educator and community member who was born and raised in Letlhakaneng. She is the mother of two daughters and completed matric, followed by a level 4 certificate in early childhood development. As a tutor, Lesego has helped more than 2,000 young learners progress to Grade R with confidence. She describes herself as a responsible self-starter and strong team player. Her Christian faith guides her service, compassion and respect, while her local relationships help her support children and families practically in her community.
Every child deserves a safe start and every family deserves a municipality that keeps its word.We must manage water, sanitation, roads to schools and clinics, community lighting and clean residential areas as one service chain. I want to see clear repair schedules, responsible officials and regular public feedback. My work with young children taught me that sustainable progress begins with preparation, patience and consistent action. I will bring communities together, listen to local knowledge and keep asking whether every decision genuinely improves people’s daily lives and creates new local opportunities.”
