“Matlosana can grow only when better service delivery, responsible finances and local economic development are planned together. My experience in finance, infrastructure, community services, tourism and audit work showed me how every decision ultimately affects residents and businesses. We must reinvest savings in critical services, promote fair tariffs and create an environment in which new businesses can invest and create jobs. I also want to ensure that municipal progress is measured transparently and reported regularly to communities. This builds trust, growth and a stronger local economy.”
