“Madibeng residents are tired of repairs that are announced but never completed. Road, water, sewage and electricity projects must have a responsible manager, budget, deadline and progress report. My experience with sales targets, stock, staff, procurement and coordinating road repairs taught me to manage a task from beginning to end. Materials must be available , contractors must be measured against quality and problems must be escalated. I want to ensure that residents do not merely hear promises, but see what work has been completed.”
