“I believe good municipal administration begins with accountability. Residents must know what is wrong, who is responsible and by when it will be corrected. My experience in the council and on MPAC taught me that thorough oversight, honest reporting and measurable targets are essential. JB Marks must put water, electricity, roads and safety first, with preventive maintenance and faster responses to problems. I want to help build a municipality where every decision is transparent, performance is measured regularly and residents’ interests genuinely come first at every level.”
