“Mamusa’s recovery must be visible in every street, substation, clinic and farming community. I believe in simple accountability: set priorities, identify who is responsible, give regular feedback and complete the work. We must maintain electricity and water networks, repair roads and potholes according to a public register and protect municipal money. My involvement in welfare, business, clinics, the police forum and farming keeps me close to residents’ reality. I will use that experience to bring communities together and keep pressing until service delivery is reliable, honest and measurable for everyone.”
