She believes leadership begins with caring, listening and hard work, and wants to use her energy to help make communities safer, stronger and more responsible.
True leadership begins with caring, but it must be visible in completed work and honest feedback. My experience in administration management taught me to organise tasks, identify problems in time and carry responsibility through to completion. Community service taught me to put people’s dignity and real needs first. I want to help ensure that Matlosana’s complaints are recorded and decisively followed up, while local projects bring people together. With service, transparency and hard work, we can build safer, cleaner and stronger communities in which residents are recognised and respected
