“Naledi’s recovery starts with basic infrastructure that is safe, reliable and properly maintained. I want a complete register of substations, transformers, pumps, reservoirs, streetlights and critical components, with responsible technicians and fixed repair times. Taxpayers’ money must go first to water, electricity, roads and sanitation, not waste. My years as an electrician, mayor and councillor taught me that good service requires planning, expertise and sustained oversight. I will promote practical solutions, regular feedback and accountability so that residents can once again trust their municipality in every neighbourhood.”
