Deborah Roberts is a proud lifelong resident of Witbank and has called Ward 34 home her entire life. After matriculating from Witbank High School, she chose to build her career and future in the community she loves. As the owner and coach of CFI, she has spent years working with people from all walks of life. Deborah is passionate about people, community and making a meaningful difference — not simply talking about change, but being part of it.
“I believe good local leadership starts with listening to the people in our communities. Having lived my entire life in Witbank, I want to bring a hands-on, community-focused approach to public service. My priorities are to listen to residents, understand their challenges, promote accountability and transparency, and work constructively to improve our neighbourhoods. I want to use my experience of working with people every day to help build a community where residents feel heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect their lives.”
