With 18 years in education and decades of public service, David Matsepe from Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality brings extensive experience in governance, community development and leadership. He served as an educator in schools across the municipal area before entering politics. Elected as a Municipal Councillor in 2000, he served 13 years in local government and was seconded to Sekhukhune District Municipality. Following the 2014 General Elections, he was elected to Parliament as a Member of the National Assembly. His focus remains on accountable leadership, service delivery, and rural community development.
