His background equips him to hear community needs, promote cooperation and follow up local issues persistently.
“Ward committees must be more than meetings where problems are merely recorded. They should form a link between residents, the council and the recovery control centre. Every community complaint must receive a reference number, responsible department, deadline and feedback point. Residents must also understand how accurate accounts, fair payment arrangements and protection for indigent households work together. My management experience taught me to organise and measure progress against targets. I want to help ensure that participation leads to visible action and that no community’s voice is lost between administrative levels.”
