ABOUT LEE-ANN SCOTT

After obtaining her BA degree in Tourism Management and Recreation at the North-West University in Potchefstroom, Lee-Ann Scott made a name for herself in the local hospitality industry. 

Lee-Ann was elected as an FF Plus councillor in Matlosana in 2019 and was re-elected in 2021. She is already working hard to resolve the service delivery problems experienced by the residents of La Hoff, Wilkeville and Flimieda. 

She also gained popularity for her professional contributions in the Matlosana council’s Portfolio Committees on Community Health and Finance.

 She is currently serving as an FF Plus delegate to the Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality where she focuses on Economic Development and Tourism.

 Lee-Ann is known for her dynamic community initiatives in the greater Matlosana municipal area. Her charity projects and passion for animal welfare are also well known.

Vote for a dynamic candidate with a proven record of service to the community.

Lee-Ann has been actively involved in the FF Plus's party structures, on local, provincial and national level, for many years. Being a resident of Klerksdorp for the past fourteen years has given her much insight into the community's needs. She has been serving as an FF Plus councillor in the Matlosana local municipal council since 2019, where she makes a valuable contribution to service delivery. She also represents the party in the Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality. She distinguished herself with her innovative and principled contributions to, among others, the Finance, Community Health and Local Economic Development Portfolio Committees in the respective municipalities. She is well known for her practical and effective approach to solving residents' municipal service delivery problems.

I have known Lee-Ann Scott personally for many years due to her continued involvement in the FF Plus's structures in the North West. She distinguished herself early on with her obvious passion for the community. She has dedicated herself fully to improving service delivery in the Municipality ever since she was elected as an FF Plus councillor in Matlosana in 2019. Her practical approach to problem-solving comes in very handy here. She is known for her constructive contributions to various portfolio committees in the Matlosana local municipal council. In the Kenneth Kaunda district council, she focuses specifically on local economic development and tourism. I confidently look forward to you demonstrating your support for this candidate on 11 October, who has already proven her knack for municipal service delivery and her passion for the community.
