Alhoewel die polisie se amptelike verklarings slegs verwys na &#8216;n munisipaliteit aan die suidkus van die Wes-Kaap, het die Knysna-munisipaliteit intussen &#8216;n verklaring uitgereik wat bevestig dat die betrokke amptenare met di\u00e9 raad verbind word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus prys die taakspan vir sy vasberadenheid, volharding en toewyding om ernstige bewerings van korrupsie te ondersoek en op te tree waar nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Tuinroete het politieke leiers met integriteit en sterk etiese waardes nodig om aanspreeklikheid af te dwing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die munisipale raad moet ook senior munisipale bestuurders op meriete aanstel \u2013 mense wat toepaslik gekwalifiseerd en ervare is, wat die verantwoordelikheid van hul openbare amp verstaan en wat dieselfde standaarde van integriteit en etiese optrede handhaaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op 4 November 2026 sal inwoners die mense kies wat die Tuinroete vir die volgende vyf jaar sal bestuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit bied \u2019n geleentheid om die afwaartse spiraal te stuit, etiese en verantwoordbare regering te herstel, bekwame mense aan te stel om die munisipaliteit te bestuur, terug te keer na die basiese beginsels van dienslewering en die harde werk te begin om die streek om te keer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die VF Plus verwelkom die optrede van die polisie se taakspan teen politieke moorde wat gister in Knysna drie persone in hegtenis geneem het in verband met bewerings van korrupsie rakende \u2019n munisipale sekuriteitsdienste-kontrak.
