{"id":85784,"date":"2026-02-25T12:29:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T10:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/?p=85784"},"modified":"2026-02-25T12:29:53","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T10:29:53","slug":"vf-plus-bevraagteken-ongemagtigde-tender-in-mogale-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/af\/mediaverklarings\/vf-plus-bevraagteken-ongemagtigde-tender-in-mogale-city\/","title":{"rendered":"VF Plus bevraagteken ongemagtigde tender in Mogale City"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus het tydens die jongste raadsvergadering van die Mogale City-plaaslike munisipaliteit (Krugersdorp, Magaliesburg, Muldersdrift) aangedring op \u2019n verduideliking oor \u2019n tender wat onregmatig toegeken is vir die herstel van groot \u2019n verkoelde houer in die Krugersdorp-wildtuin \u2013 \u2019n terrein wat reeds in 2007 sy deure vir die publiek gesluit het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wildtuin, wat eens \u2019n gewilde restaurant gehuisves het, is al byna twee dekades lank buite werking. Tog is \u2019n openbare tender vir die herstel van die houer op 17 Oktober 2025 geadverteer en kort daarna gekanselleer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nietemin is die tender op 19 November 2025 aan Marobeng Construction in Kagiso toegeken sonder dat enige bedrag by die toekenning aangedui is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus het van die burgemeesterskomiteelid vir korporatiewe ondersteuningsdienste, Kholeka Mandyu, \u0149 verduideliking ge\u00ebis oor watter proses gevolg is om die tender goed te keur en waarom die dokumentasie so onvolledig is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot dusver is geen duidelike antwoorde verskaf nie. Hierdie onduidelikheid laat ernstige vrae ontstaan oor die deursigtigheid en bestuur van die munisipaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die weerhou van antwoorde skep die indruk dat inligting doelbewus teruggehou word. Raadslede is boonop toegang tot die wildtuin geweier, wat \u2019n behoorlike oorsigbesoek onmoontlik maak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op 16 Februarie het die VF Plus \u2019n oproep ontvang waarin aangedui is dat die burgemeesterskomiteelid vir finansies antwoorde sou verskaf, maar tot op hede is geen terugvoering ontvang nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus beklemtoon dat die publiek volledige deursigtigheid verdien oor alle tenderprosesse en die besteding van belastingbetalers se geld.
