Bonakele Majuba, in sy begrotingsrede vir die 2025\/26-finansi\u00eble jaar maak, is onuitvoerbaar weens die ANC-regering se gefaalde beleidsrigtings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hierdie beleidsrigtings sluit veral regstellende aksie (RA) in. Die ANC het boonop geen vermo\u00eb om korrupsie en wanbestuur in die provinsie hok te slaan nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weens finansi\u00eble druk sal die regering sekere toekennings vanuit die totale bedrag van R66.2 miljard moet heroorweeg. Te veel fondse word steeds bestee aan onvoltooide projekte soos die Mpumalanga-internasionale-varsproduktemark en prestasiesentrum, wat jare reeds sloer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnr. Majuba stel in sy mediumtermyn-ontwikkelingsplan (MTOP) &#8216;n provinsiale werkloosheidsyfer-teiken van 25%.Om dit te bereik moet die provinsie vir die volgende vyf jaar jaarliks tussen 50 000 en 60 000 nuwe en volhoubare werkgeleenthede skep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met die huidige provinsiale werkloosheidsyfer van 34,7% blyk bogenoemde \u2018n onbereikbare doelwit te wees aangesien geen plan op die tafel geplaas is oor hoe dit behaal gaan word nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die 2025-nasionale fiskale raamwerk bewillig vanjaar R369,7 miljoen en R1,2 miljard oor die mediumtermyn-uitgaweraamwerk vir die provinsie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018n Verdere R31 miljoen, wat in die 2024\/25-boekjaar as onbestee verklaar is, is hertoegewys aan die departemente van ekonomiese ontwikkeling en toerisme, samewerkende regering, menslike nedersettings en tradisionele sake en gemeenskapsveiligheid, sekuriteit en skakeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binne die basislyn van Mpumalanga se toerisme- en parke-agentskap (MTPA) word R111,6 miljoen voorsien vir die instandhouding van natuurreservate, en R118 miljoen vir toerisme-ontwikkeling en bemarkingsinisiatiewe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus verwelkom bogenoemde aangesien toerisme die hart van die provinsie is. Plaaslike natuurreservate is in \u2018n haglike toestand en wildstroping en -diefstal vier hoogty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die bewilliging van \u2018n verdere R81 miljoen vir die omstrede prestasiesentrum in Belfast is onaanvaarbaar vir \u2018n projek wat sedert 2011 nog geen groei gesien het nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daar is reeds meer as R300 miljoen hieraan bestee met geen ontwikkeling of bouwerk nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daar moet eerder meer fondse aan ekonomiese noodsaaklikhede soos infrastruktuurontwikkeling toegewys word vir ekonomiese groei, werkskepping deur die privaat sektor en die uitroei van armoede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die provinsie het dienslewering nodig; dit benodig die voltooiing van huidige projekte. Die VF Plus verwerp daarom die toekenning van R175 miljoen vir die bou van &#8216;n veeldoelige arena met 5 000 sitplekke in die Mbombela Stadion-gebied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die gesloer met uitstaande projekte lei jaarliks tot wanbesteding van die provinsiale begroting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die premier, mnr. Mandla Ndlovu, moet nou leierskap toon om die potensiaal van Mpumalanga prakties te ontgin tot voordeel van sy inwoners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus sal die begrotingsbesteding fyn dophou om \u0149 verdere vermorsing van fondse te probeer voorkom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die beloftes wat Mpumalanga se LUR vir finansies, mnr.
