{"id":79298,"date":"2025-03-18T14:46:21","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T12:46:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/?p=79298"},"modified":"2025-03-18T14:46:33","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T12:46:33","slug":"gautengse-begroting-niks-sal-verbeter-sonder-buitelandse-beleggings-en-beleidshervorming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/af\/mediaverklarings\/gautengse-begroting-niks-sal-verbeter-sonder-buitelandse-beleggings-en-beleidshervorming\/","title":{"rendered":"Gautengse begroting: Niks sal verbeter sonder buitelandse beleggings en beleidshervorming"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gautengse LUR vir finansies, Lebogang Maile, het &#8216;n ambisieuse begroting voorgel\u00ea binne &#8216;n verswakkende ekonomiese omgewing en voorsiende begrotingstekorte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die doelwitte van die begroting om ekonomiese groei te ontsluit, sal egter nie realiseer indien die provinsiale regering nie daarin slaag om wesenlike buitelandse beleggings na die provinsie te lok nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op sy beurt is die voorwaarde vir enige buitelandse beleggings die skep van &#8216;n beleggersvriendelike omgewing wat net kan plaasvind indien die regering op nasionale vlak ernstige beleidshervormings implementeer ten einde duur en teenproduktiewe beleid soos swart ekonomiese bemagtiging (SEB) en regstellende aksie (RA) uit te faseer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In daardie verband is die ekonomiese toekoms van Gauteng nou verbind met die beleidsposisie van die nasionale regering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is ook belangrik dat die nasionale en provinsiale regerings verhoudinge met die VSA begin normaliseer ten einde voordeel te trek uit die transaksionele basis waarop president Donald Trump voortaan handelsbande gaan smee of verbreek met ander state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit gaan egter verg dat die ANC die knie buig oor Israel en Iran en &#8216;n ware neutrale posisie inneem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;n Moontlike verdere probleem is dat die LUR die begroting by die wetgewer ingedien het sonder enige sekerheid dat die nasionale begroting in die parlement aanvaar sal word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maile het self baie klem gel\u00ea op die belangrikheid van buitelandse beleggings. Dit is wel bemoedigend aangesien dit aandui dat die ANC in Gauteng besef dat die internasionale posisionering van die nasionale en provinsiale regerings van groot belang is om ekonomiese groei te bewerkstellig wat die afwaartse trajek kan omkeer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maile het ook persoonlik die VF Plus, by name adv. Anton Alberts, bedank vir pogings om internasionale beleggings in Gauteng te laat realiseer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ANC in Gauteng besef ook terde\u00eb dat sy party se toekomstige groei afhanklik is van grootskaalse indiensneming van die werklose massas wat tans uitsigloos en moedeloos teen die ANC gedraai het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peilings dui aan dat daardie proses steeds spoed optel en dat die ANC tans in groter moeilikheid by die stembus is as in 2024 se nasionale en provinsiale verkiesing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die tyd sal leer of die ANC bereid is om tot inkeer te kom en drastiese beleidswysigings te oorweeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus gaan van di\u00e9 geleentheid gebruik maak en &#8216;n plan aan Maile voorl\u00ea om ten minste een spesiale ekonomiese sone vry van SEB en RA te verklaar sodat ondernemings op grond van markvoordele en meriete daar kan begin sake doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die spesiale ekonomiese sone se toekomstige groei sal as bewys kan dien dat die vryemark beter presteer as die ander dele van Gauteng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus bly daartoe verbind om alles in sy vermo\u00eb te doen om Gauteng se ekonomie om te draai.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Gautengse LUR vir finansies, Lebogang Maile, het &#8216;n ambisieuse begroting voorgel\u00ea binne &#8216;n verswakkende ekonomiese omgewing en voorsiende begrotingstekorte.
