{"id":78997,"date":"2025-03-06T15:13:32","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T13:13:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/?p=78997"},"modified":"2025-03-06T15:13:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T13:13:35","slug":"ekurhulenis-property-valuation-roll-now-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/af\/mediaverklarings\/ekurhulenis-property-valuation-roll-now-available\/","title":{"rendered":"Ekurhuleni&#8217;s property valuation roll now available"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FF Plus wants to encourage Ekurhuleni Metro residents to inspect the new property valuation roll as soon as possible to ensure that the new municipal valuation of their property is fair and just.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekurhuleni is busy reviewing its valuation roll for the period 2025\/29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property owners can access the valuation roll from 19 February to 25 June by following this link: https:\/\/publicportal.evaluations.co.za\/emm\/Secure\/search.aspx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any objections have to be lodged before or on 25 June. Forms for lodging objections can also be found at the abovementioned link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residents can also visit the Metro&#8217;s various client service centres:<br>\u2022 Kempton Park: Kempton Park Client Service Centre: corner of CR Swart and Pretoria Street, Kempton Park.
