Toegangspaaie en voetpaadjies is ook bykans onbegaanbaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus het in \u0149 skrywe aan die munisipale bestuurder van die Dr. Beyers Naud\u00e9-plaaslike munisipaliteit, dr. EM Rankwana, die stand van sake onder sy aandag gebring en daarop aangedring dat daar onverwyld aandag geskenk word aan die situasie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Aberdeen-begraafplaas huisves die grafte van onder meer Jan Vorster, die eienaar van die plaas Brakfontein. Die plaas is in 1855 aan die NG Kerk verkoop en is later as Aberdeen ontwikkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit huisves ook 25 grafte van Britse offisiere, onderoffisiere en manskappe wat tydens die Anglo-Boereoorlog gesneuwel het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die graf van John Alexander Baxter wat aan die boere se kant geveg het en op 13 Oktober 1901 deur die Britte tereggestel is, is ook in di\u00e9 begraafplaas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weens die agteruitgang van die begraafplaas is dit nie meer veilig vir toeriste, vriende en familie om dit besoek nie. Dit is onaanvaarbaar.
