{"id":74947,"date":"2024-04-15T13:03:54","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T11:03:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/?p=74947"},"modified":"2024-04-15T13:04:05","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T11:04:05","slug":"govan-mbeki-skuldige-amptenare-moet-opdok-vir-boete-van-r200-miljoen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/af\/jongste-nuus\/govan-mbeki-skuldige-amptenare-moet-opdok-vir-boete-van-r200-miljoen\/","title":{"rendered":"Govan Mbeki: Skuldige amptenare moet opdok vir boete van R200 miljoen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus eis dat die amptenare wat verantwoordelik is vir die R200 miljoen-boete wat die Govan Mbeki-plaaslike munisipaliteit (GMM) opgel\u00ea is vir &#8216;n Oortreding van die Nasionale Omgewingswet, self daarvoor moet opdok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die GMM is di\u00e9 boete opgel\u00ea nadat hy skuldig bevind is op ses aanklagte waaronder die besoedeling van waterbronne, die oortreding van die Nasionale Waterwet en die versuim om &#8216;n voldoeningskennisgewing na te kom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus eis in \u0149 dringende skrywe aan die munisipale bestuurder, mnr. Eliot Maseko, en die burgemeester, mnr. Nhlakanipho Zuma, dat die boete van skuldige amptenare verhaal word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0149 Dissiplin\u00eare ondersoek moet gedoen word om te bepaal watter ampsdraers skuldig is sodat soveel moontlik van die bedrag van hulle verhaal kan word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is om te voorkom dat belastingbetalers wat getrou hul dienstegelde betaal, nie ook pa moet staan vir die munisipaliteit se wanbestuur nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus het reeds sedert 2019 deurlopende druk op die munisipaliteit geplaas om die voortslepende rioolkrisis en -besoedeling aan te spreek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is veral die vervalle infrastruktuur en wanbestuur van fondse wat tot bogenoemde krisis gelei het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus sal druk toepas om toe te sien dat geregtigheid geskied en die regte oortreders pa staan vir die boete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiesers moet op 29 Mei van die ANC in regering ontslae raak en vervang met \u0149 verantwoordbare koalisieregering waarvan die VF Plus deel is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sonder die ANC kan ons die land en munisipaliteite herstel en bou.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die VF Plus eis dat die amptenare wat verantwoordelik is vir die R200 miljoen-boete wat die Govan Mbeki-plaaslike munisipaliteit (GMM) opgel\u00ea is vir &#8216;n Oortreding van die Nasionale Omgewingswet, self daarvoor moet opdok.
