{"id":74738,"date":"2024-03-27T19:59:56","date_gmt":"2024-03-27T17:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/?p=74738"},"modified":"2024-03-27T20:00:35","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T18:00:35","slug":"vf-plus-na-grondwethof-oor-onteieningswetsontwerp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/af\/jongste-nuus\/vf-plus-na-grondwethof-oor-onteieningswetsontwerp\/","title":{"rendered":"VF Plus na Grondwethof oor Onteieningswetsontwerp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ANC se besluit om die Onteieningswetsontwerp finaal goed te keur voorspel rampspoed vir Suid-Afrika en die VF Plus sal nou begin met die proses van regsaksie om dit tot in die Grondwethof teen te staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die oomblik wanneer die president die wet onderteken, sal die aksies in werking gestel word .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit word nie ligtelik ges\u00ea dat Suid-Afrika se ekonomie vernietig sal word indien daar geen sekerheid vir enige belegger kan wees oor eiendomsreg nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wetsontwerp, wat reeds goedgekeur is in die Nasionale Vergadering (NV), is met enkele wysigings van die Nasionale Raad van Provinsies (NRP) terugverwys na die NV vir finale goedgekeuring wat gedoen is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een van die belangrikste hoekstene van \u0149 vryemark-ekonomiese stelsel is die reg op private grond- en eiendomsbesit en hierdie wetsontwerp vernietig dit in alle opsigte. Van tasbare tot intellektuele eiendom is in die gedrang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus beskou onteiening sonder vergoeding as ongrondwetlik en sal dit saam met ander organisasies en politieke partye beveg wat net so sterk soos die VF Plus daaroor voel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almal in Suid-Afrika en in enige demokratiese bestel het die reg om eiendom te besit en die staat het geen reg om dit eensydig af te neem nie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die ANC se besluit om die Onteieningswetsontwerp finaal goed te keur voorspel rampspoed vir Suid-Afrika en die VF Plus sal nou begin met die proses van regsaksie om dit tot in die Grondwethof teen te staan.
