Die bywet is verouderd en moet aangepas word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die bywet is in 2005 hersien en die VF Plus ontvang gereeld klagtes van inwoners dat hul bure met bye boer en \u0149 moontlike gevaar vir mense en hul troeteldiere inhou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Byekorwe kan ook nie willekeurig vernietig word nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die huidige verordening is gegrond op voormalige Tshwane-grense voor streek 5 en 7 (Bronkhorstspruit, Cullinan en Rayton) bygevoeg is. Die huidige bywet onderskei ook nie tussen landbou-, sake- en woongebiede nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die bywet is nie in lyn met die nasionale wetgewing nie en moedig ook nie die bewaring van bye aan nie. Dit is dus belangrik om byeboere in stedelike gebiede te reguleer en seker te maak dat boere \u2019n geldige permit het. Daar moet kennisgewings aangebring word om mense bedag te maak op byekorwe in die omgewing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus doen \u2019n beroep op inwoners wat bye op hul persele aanhou, om hulle te vergewis van die verordening en streng daarby te hou.
