Soveel as 173 van die eise hou verband met na-geboorte komplikasies van serebraalgestremde kinders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel nalatigheid in hierdie eise nog bewys moet word, is die VF Plus bekommerd oor die gevalle wat teen die departement aangemeld word en oor eise wat voorkom kon word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intussen word die Nasionale Gesonheidsversekering-wetsontwerp (NGV) voorgehou as die antwoord op gesondheidsprobleme in die provinsie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nalatige dokters en verpleegpersoneel gaan nie deur die NGV verbeter word nie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediese eise wat die Vrystaatse departement van gesondheid tans moet uitbetaal, beloop meer as R24 miljoen.
