Die direkteur van Urban Dynamics Gauteng, mnr. JG Busser, ontken egter dat sy maatskappy betrokke was by die hersiening of samestelling van die ontwikkelingsraamwerk vir 2023-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Dynamics het wel die ontwikkelingsraamwerk in 2019-2020 hersien en dit is volgens Busser identies aan die dokument wat nou op die webtuiste van die munisipaliteit verskyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Dynamics Gauteng het aanvanklik die ontwikkelingsraamwerk vir 2017-2025 voorberei. Die dokument is in 2017 deur die munisipaliteit goedgekeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die maatskappy het nie weer aansoek per tender gedoen om die volgende ontwikkelingsraamwerk saam te stel nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indien die 2023-2024-ontwikkelingsraamwerk hersien was, sou die beplande derde lughawe of die megastad langs die Vaalrivier waarskynlik hierby ingesluit gewees het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Emfuleni-munisipaliteit is waarskynlik besig om met iemand anders se kalwers te ploeg. Dit is nie aanvaarbaar nie. Inwoners van Emfuleni het die reg tot \u0149 goedgekeurde dokument wat alle relevante inligting bevat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die VF Plus het die munisipale bestuurder, mnr. April Ntuli, versoek om dadelik die ontwikkelingsraamwerk van die webtuiste te verwyder om \u0149 moontlike regsaksie teen die munisipaliteit te vermy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die doel van \u0149 ruimtelike-ontwikkelingsraamwerk is om beplanning, ontwikkeling en die bestuur van grondgebruik in \u0149 munisipaliteit te verduidelik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die plan fokus ook op paaie, industri\u00eble-, landelike, sosio-ekonomiese- en infrastruktuurontwikkeling.
