Dit is reeds in &#x2019;n rampspoedige vryval wat die res van die land saam na die bodem kan sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Berade, werkswinkels, debatte en aksieplanne gaan niks aan die probleem verander nie. Werksgeleenthede val nie uit die lug nie en kan nie volhoubaar deur &#x2018;n regering geskep word nie.<\/p>\n<p>Werkskepping is onderhewig aan ekonomiese groei wat op sy beurt onderhewig is aan gesonde regeringsbeleid wat beleggings lok en &#x2018;n gesonde arbeidsomgewing skep.<\/p>\n<p>Onderliggend hieraan is &#x2018;n behoorlike onderwysstelsel wat aan jeugdiges die geleentheid kan bied om die nodige kwalifikasies en vaardighede te verwerf om die arbeidsmark te betree.<\/p>\n<p>Wat nou egter gebeur, is dat geskoolde Suid-Afrikaners die land eerder verlaat weens &#x2018;n verskeidenheid redes soos &#x2018;n gebrek aan geleenthede, misdaad en swak dienslewering.<\/p>\n<p>Sowat 23 000 gekwalifiseerde Suid-Afrikaners verlaat die land jaarliks om hul vaardighede elders aan te wend. Dit is juis hulle wat nodig is in die land om te help met werkskepping en groei.<\/p>\n<p>Die gebrek aan dienslewering en &#x2018;n toenemende vervalle infrastruktuur op alle terreine, speel &#x2018;n groot rol in die land se verswakkende ekonomiese situasie en voortspruitende probleme soos werkloosheid.<\/p>\n<p>Talle ander faktore soos gebrekkige kragvoorsiening, onteiening sonder vergoeding, onbekostigbare minimum-lone en ge&#xEF;nstitusionaliseerde diskriminasie op grond van ras is verdere kantellende domino&#x2019;s van rampspoedige ANC-beleid.<\/p>\n<p>Daar is genoeg potensiaal in Suid-Afrika om die land welvarend te maak met die regte regeringsbeleid waarop almal in die land kan bou aan &#x2018;n gelukkige toekoms.
