Jaco Mulder, VF Plus-LPW vir Gauteng.<\/p>\n<p>Mulder het vandag tydens &#x2018;n debat in die Gauteng Wetgewer verwys na werkskeppingsdoelwitte wat beide deur president Jacob Zuma en die premier vir Gauteng, Nomvula Mokanyane, bekend gestel is en dat die department byna geen daarvan kon behaal nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die department het slegs 40 persent van sy doelwitte behaal nadat 100 persent van sy begroting spandeer is en ontbreek verder aan strategiese leiding omdat dit so na aan die einde van die wetgewerstermyn nog steeds oor geen ge&#xEF;ntegreerde ontwikkelings-meesterplan beskik nie.<\/p>\n<p>Infrastruktuurskepping word verder lamgel&#xEA; deur &#x2018;n groot hoeveelheid kritiese vakatures wat nie gevul word nie met slegs 4 uit &#x2018;n beoogde 2004 beplande professionele poste wat gevul is.
