Die doel van die wetsontwerp is daarom om optogte binne &#8216;n radius van 500 meter vanaf skole en ander plekke waar minderjariges teenwoordig is, te verbied.<\/p>\n<p>Die wet wat verander sal moet word om di&#xE9; doel te bereik, is die Wet op die Regulering van Byeenkomste.
