As lid van die Nasionale Vergadering (LP) het hy die eed afgel&#xEA; wat bepaal: &#x201C;Ek, sweer\/verklaar &#x2026;.. dat ek die Grondwet en die ander reg van die Republiek sal gehoorsaam, eerbiedig en onderhou;&#x201D;. Malema se aanhitsing en oproep by die EVV se kongres in Bloemfontein van grondgryp toon dat hy nie die Grondwet of enige ander reg in Suid-Afrika gehoorsaam, eerbiedig of onderhou nie,&#x201D; s&#xEA; dr. Pieter Groenewald, die VF Plus se parlement&#xEA;re woordvoerder oor landbou en grondsake.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Onwettige grondbesetting, of te wel, grondgryp-aksies vind op verskeie plekke in die land onder leiding van die EVV plaas. Dit is duidelik dat uitvoering aan Malema se oproep gegee word. &#8216;n LP as lid van die hoogste wetgewende gesag (parlement) kan nie skynheilig die eed afl&#xEA;, en daarna wetsongehoorsaamheid aanhits nie. In elk van hierdie grondgryp-aksies, soos by Sasolburg, moet Malema as medepligtige aangekla word, aangesien hy dit aangehits het.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Daar sal streng opgetree moet word teen Malema en die EVV anders gaan die grondgrype handuit ruk wat eiendomsreg in Suid-Afrika verder ernstig gaan bedreig. Wanneer die EVV sukses bereik met die onwettige besetting van onbesette grond, sal plase beslis die volgende doelwit word van besetting.
